“Started the online with Bike Insurer and phoned to finalise. My quote reference number wasn't recognised so verbally went through the requirements and got insured. I never received any electronic documents or verification, which I find to be strange, but was sent paper policy documents 2 weeks later. Utterly bemused by the process, I had no idea who I was talking to when I insured, I assumed it was Bennetts.”
