I asked for my documents to be sent to me by post, I still have not received them, cannot get in touch with them, no phone numbers and don't receive emails from me.

Documentation - did the sending and receiving of required documents go smoothly?
Customer Service - were you dealt with quickly and politely?
Ease Of Purchase - was it easy to buy the policy from your chosen broker? (on the phone or online)
Policy Features - do they meet your requirements?
Value For Money - are you happy with the cover received for the price paid?
The price is Good But felt discontented. It was impossible to get in touch by Phone or email (Covid issue?) initially.

Very efficient company, easy to deal with, everything was straight forward.

A good quote from this company lot better than some of the others which I tried

The process was one of the easiest i've used and prices are more than competitive, i'm definitely using from now on, was nearly half the price of last year.

Requested documents by post , never sent?. Over internet very easy.
