“little bit annoying when i was charged extra fee because the delay of post of the letter what i needed to send back. Post that 2 days before the deadline and i was charged because of the delay of royal mail. I don`t feel the customer friendly attitude in this case. Price/ value is quit all right otherwise, no problems with direct debit

“I would not recommend Swinton to anyone they cancelled my policy so I did not even get a full month of insurance then as a cancellation fee they tried to charge me 3/4 of the policy fee. i am totally discussed at the way I was dismissed and treated. They also charged me for every little bit like carrying a passenger when they don't ask u if u got a car and other things to just so they can make more money out of you I will not be recommending Swinton to anyone.”
