dissapointed about the service took my detail wrong and charge me for changing them and not refund when i cancel the insurance took from other company and 100% satisfied.

I purchased my bike insurance initially from another company upon renewal I was advised that Bike sure would be a better option ,taking this advice I contacted your company and was given a quote for two bikes ,this I found acceptable, and agreed the premium. Last week I sold my two bikes and replaced them with a single bike, I contacted you company to advise the change. To say I was quite surprised when I was re quoted is an understatement,the quotes were higher despite the same details for the new bike were the same except for the replacement cost. Initially I was quoted approx£204 for the two bikes, on changing I was told I would have to pay another £ 180 taking into account a refund from the previous policy of £70 that means for two months insurance on two bikes I was charged approx £134 ???. I managed to reduce the additional payment by cancelling the recovery, the personal liability and the helmet &leathers cover, which I was led to believe when I took out the initial premium was inclusive, not by additional premium A good marketing ploy by your sales staff though With future customers please be up front and identify what is the basic premium and what is an additional payment Thank you.

Although the insurance was the best price, to the literature that I received was very aggressive, I understand that fraudulent claims costs as all but I think the manner in which the literature is written in should be looked at.

First year insurer after a long break so was,nt really prepared in what to inspect. but thankyou anyway. j shaw.

Absolutely no complaints at all. Best value insurance by a long way and the customer service team were equally as good. Well done!

I am absolutely furious with the service I was given, not only did I have the heartbreak of my scooter being stolen and it was found burnt out I also had the unfortunate event of dealing with your customer services on which I was told I had to pay even tho I was only insured for six weeks the full premium amount. Then I told you I couldnt afford the full amount and I was told I could pay in two weekly payments and a further charge of twenty pounds.it was not my fault my bike was stolen and yet this company seems to be penalise me.I will never use or recomend you to anyone else.
