“some will not validate your certificate until they receive both copy of your driving license, sent them to one insurer SIX times via emal attachment they kept saying we haven't received it, what a pain. also some will not send you your no claims cert so you can pass it on to your new insurer, not worth the hassle keep asking for it, only saves you couple of quid if you do get it and pass it on, that's one thing I don't want is all the hassle. also high premium tele phone numbers when you contact them.”
