“Never in my 30 years of buying motor insurance have I been asked such ridiculous questions by the broker, had to call twice after the first operative failed to add information I supplied onto thier system correctly , there is no place for incompetence when dealing with legal documents, still you were cheap and I guess you get what you pay for, I hope I never have to make a claim.”
“Really bad outfit to deal with, sorry I used them and would never use again. unable to get to speak to the right people to discuss very misleading paperwork.
My advice is to stick with the insurers direct as I have always done in the past, wont make the same big mistake again.”
