“Insuring my Harley with Saga was easy and effortless. I should have moved from my old well known insurance company years ago who insisted on a price rise of nearly £40.00 every year: naturally, I didn't pay the increase, but it did mean that I had to apply for a Insurance policy as a new customer every year to keep the price down. Believe it or not, I had to produce evidence of NCB every year even though they held the details. Thank heavens I never had to make a claim.”

“Saga. Never again. Days to return calls or emails. Ignore instructions. Cannot do simple standard things like add a rider to a policy for example. Everything with Saga is like pulling teeth. Never ever again.”
