I felt I was dealing with a sensible person, not someone who was just going through the motions. Who ever it was I dealt with made some excellent suggestions about the alternative ways in which I could 'upgrade' my policy for a larger motorcycle. Ian.

I took out motorcycle insurance before my current policy ranout they were told not to start policy for two weeks, paid the cost in full straight away, thought everything ok but then they said they wanted proof of no claims coundnt get that till i had renewall quote off current insurer, but before that came they cancelled my policy and said because the policy was only 50 quid no rebate because of cancellation cost, total load of rubbish 58 quid for nowt thanks a lot wont be recommending this lot to anyone in hurry.

Overall a very good service with polite and friendly staff. The worst part was trying to get through on the phone and the horrible bad quality piped music I had to listen to whilst I was on hold; it really does make you want to go elsewhere.
