“Beware... If you don't send them the extra required documents.. Eg copy of licence or no claims proof they will not give you a courtesy call or a gentle reminder. They will take £20 from your credit card without consent and then ask for the required documents which you probably was unaware that they wanted because they put it in the small print of a file that you have to download and print yourself!
I will not re insure with them opon renewal date because when I tried to get the £20 reimbursed they were very unbending and unwilling to make any allowances. They had a very 'jobsworth' attitude.
