“Fairly poor service. Online quote was given and then phoned in to retrieve quote and ended paying £100 more than quote stated. Paid in full, then recieved a call regarding my cancellation......(which i never cancelled).
It then became apparent there had be some mistake and was dealt with on the phone and got sorted. Quized them about the extra £100 while i was on the phone and was told he would inform the right department of my question and would recieve a call back regarding it. Still waiting........
Fairly dissappointed as ive got quite a few friends with the same insurer and they all highly recommended MCE. I guess i may have been the unfortunate one on this occasion.”
“Would not reccomend mce atall had si much trouble with them from day 1 customer service is very poor tried to change address they tried adding nearly an extra £80 then after not reciving any contact from mce Im trying to leave them now might be cheaper then some but would still not say its worth the money LOOK ELSEWERE !!”
