“I entered details online for my bike, somehow along the way yous insured a previous motorcycle I had so I had already paid, after I payed yous called me and told me this, thats I had to pay extra, my insurance was alot higher than previous with a £2000 excess and if I wanted to cancel would have to pay a cancelation fee, I took the insurace so I did lose out of money but god help me of any happens to my bike with a £2000 excess I will not be happy, this comapny is a compmete rip off and I will never use yous again.”
