“I am not happy with the way I was treated by bike sure insurance, I wanted to insure my bike to take the mod1 and 2 the, so I paid £214 for the insurance, only to be told that I would not be insured until I passed mod 1 and 2, I cancelled the policy and received £114 back after fee's, this was a total waste of time and money, and I would never use them again.”

“Such a bad company to deal with I sent if proof of where I lived 5 times told them I will pay my insurance in to parts agreed to it and then 2 weeks later got stoped for no insurance and the police took my bike phone up this lot and was told that it was cancelled due to no payment even know I payed 340 and had proof of this so now not gpt a bike for work and losing my job”

“Difficult to setup, they require so much paperwork before you get insurance, no-one trusts anyone these days. Can't comment on how good they are until you really need them, will they pay out if your bike is stolen or written off, I really don't know,so can't rate them as I haven't had to claim.”
