“The initial bits were good. However when I got my certificate through it was incorrect. I wanted to put a much more experienced rider on it, however they were going to increase the premium by a massive percentage. I asked for them to listen to the transcript of the call. I never heard a word back. In summary very good initial quote but back up a bit poor.”
“Typical Bmw in efficiency and being punctual BUT I had Bmw previously at a higher rate. When my renewal was due I cancelled the old Bmw insurance and took out the new policy using this site. Saved over £150 but why didn't Bmw give me the same price I will never know.”
