Paperwork trail required was irritating & nonsensical when you consider the joined up databases that exist via the various insurance companies. The manual requirements from H & R was off putting & i would probably be reluctant to use them again if they do not sort out a "behind the scenes" joined up system approach as per their competitors.

A good value no fuss transaction with no stupid fees . I changed to H&R after my previous insurer tried to change me a £30 renewal fee on a £70 policy. Did they think I cant read.

Found H&R to be very helpful and everything done with the minimum of fuss. Happy with the premium and the cover offered.

not very good changing payment dates and not letting me know causing me to go overdrawn , harassing for documents that i had already emailed and have been confirmed they were received , might be good prices but nothing else good about them

This company was the one I went with for my first bike insurance. It was relatively painless, cheap and does the trick.

Customer service is poor in fact extremely poor. Didnt give the policy terms I actually paid for. I then took my rights to terminate in 14 days and the company tried to charge me more than the full cost of the policy to terminate it. Avoid avoid avoid.
