“Overall the service was very good, I did unfortunately experience a puncture and called on the breakdown service I had purchased with the policy, they had no information on me or my policy which was disappointing at the time. However the matter was dealt with very professionally opening me up on a temp policy and organised recovery with no issues 50 miles back to my home address. I then contacted the company who again dealt with the matter to high customer service standards. I would recommend the service to a friend!”
“Very efficient all done electronically received documents same day. Not sure about price as all brokers gave quotes from Equity Red Star. I did go for fully comp and recovery services. The proof of course will be if I need to make a claim or get some roadside assistance.”
