“I misunderstood the course and got the wrong one ... I was just looking to get a normal TEFL certification. And I cannot be reimbursed, I can only update what I already have but I don't have enough money to do that yet... A bit sad about that.”

“I enjoyed learning about the different exams and I liked learning how to prepare classes for them. However, I think that there could be some videos included as sometimes just reading it can be hard to understand, whereas if there are some explanation videos, it would be a little easier. All in all, it was a good course and I'm grateful for my tutor, Alex, as he is attentive and very professional. He explains things very well and always has time to help, 10/10 for him.”
