“The item I ordered was delivered in a plastic bag and was crushed in transit - including the internal cardboard packaging. The device appears not work either despite 4 attempts at instaĺlation and commissioning. It may be that the transit damage has extended to the device so I would like to return it for replacement. I have raised this with you already.”

Sorry about the packaging issue, we very rarely get damaged packages however we're now putting all small parcels in boxes rather than mailing bags to prevent this from happening again. We have however received the product back and it's been fully tested as working, we've refunded you at your request. Regards Craig @ K&B Audio
