An exceptionally flexible amp. Quick and efficient delivery and communication from K&B audio. On delivery, the Wiim is well presented. Out of the box it has everything you need to get it up and running - remote, hdmi and interconnects and power lead - just need speakers, speaker cable and a phone or tablet. The Wiim app is easy to use and quickly gets you up and running and as you can stream to it via Chromecast as well as Apple airplay, Spotify, etc. so it's more flexible than some other streamers from Denon/Marantz or Yamaha - Chromecast was very useful for an Android user. I also like offline media playing, so you can play back your own mp3 library via a usb flash drive. The amp is compact and smart looking in an Apple Mac mini way. The amp itself is probably the weakest element though does have EQ, so again pretty versatile and (I keep coming back to this), value for money for what it offers is probably the keenest amp/media player/streamer in the market for ~£300. A good full size amp, e.g. NAD C316BEE or the smooth Marantz PM6007, offer much more analogue and digital inputs and pack a better, though less efficient class A-B amp, but you'd need a separate streamer and media player which both could be as much as this amp. Only thing I found was WiFi connectivity wasn't great, but hooked it up with ethernet so got around that issue. I've hooked up this amp with some Polk audio signature elite ES15 bookshelf speakers (ideal for near-wall placement) and sounds pretty punchy and powerful for a small system. There is a sub output, pre-out for hooking to another amp, analogue in for e.g. a CD player, a digital toslink in, so plenty to build a system with, but for me I'm more than fine with it as a small budget streamer/media player system.
