“Purchased a tv sheild from them so decided to buy the tv sheild cleaner that comes with two step bottles of solution and a cleaning pad. The bottles of solution advertised on their website with tv sheild logo on them so I assumed they were specifically for the tv sheild we have set up at home. The bottles arrived with no tv sheild logo on them and the cleaning pad is actually a sheet of tissue more like a sheet of kitchen Roll. In the instructions that come in the pack it says you have to use a piece of the "cleaning pad" to apply the solution and also a section to clean the solution off but it is so small and you can't reuse so wonder what I'm meant to do when I next clean my tv sheild ?really not happy , especially when the tv sheild itself cost over £700 I would expect a higher quality cleaner set and a lot more cleaning sheets in the pack so I can maintain my tv sheild .”
