“As someone new to turntables and not understanding any of the technical speak, this experience could have been very confusing. I loved how easy the listing was to read and I appreciated that it made it clear that this bundle included everything I needed. I also really appreciated the setup guide I received by email before the items arrived so I could get my head around what to expect. I then followed the guide exactly and it was so easy to set up. The turntable is perfect for me because it’s fully automatic. The speakers sound great. Everything arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier! Would definitely use this company again.”

“The turntable and speaker bundle is excellent and my husband is really pleased with his Christmas present. The speedy delivery was greatly appreciated as I ordered late and just before Christmas. The box was damaged in transit, but I contacted. K&B and let them know that I would be checking the turntable to make sure it worked properly and would let them know in case it didn’t. They responded very quickly and were happy to make any changes should the turntable be damaged. Thankfully nothing was broken and the sound system is excellent. My husband is very pleased. I checked around online before purchasing and this was a great deal. The email they sent me on how to set up was fab! Customer service is 10/10! I have already shared this with my brother in law as I think he wants a new turntable”
