Hi Kevin, thanks for your order and your review. For context though you manually entered an incorrect delivery address of a Halfords retail shop in your local area, neither us or Halfords offer click and collect at this location so they rejected the parcel when delivery was attempted (the day after your order was placed). We are trying to retrieve the parcel from ParcelForce before refunding you. Our customer services team have been chasing this daily to try and resolve it but it's an awkward situation as the parcel looks like it has gone missing as it has still not arrived back with us despite constant chasing of Parcel Force. I will chase up Parcel Force again first thing Monday to get a resolution ASAP. Kind regards, Craig.
