“Lovely blanket but disappointed that the usual branded box wasn’t included and my package was in all plain cardboard packaging and left outside upon delivery so therefore the box it came in was soggy and unusable to gift. Tried contacting several times to ask for a new gift box/the usual pretty one and no reply to my email or answer on phone. Bit disappointing!”
