Hello Hossangui Thank you for taking the time to write a review - we're so sorry you've been disappointed. We did reply to your first email at the beginning of last week - looking at our inbox this morning I see you replied to this again on Friday evening just gone. Our hardworking team finishes at 5 on a Friday and doesn't work over the weekend which is why we won't have replied yet. “I received my two beautiful knee blankets. I thought they’d be perfect as a runner on my bed and they are! Look lovely. The grey one is for my bed and was embroidered with my name. Would be a gorgeous gift as so beautifully presented. A gift to me from my employer! Lucky me!”
