“This takes a stock and dials the flavour up to 1100.I made a delicious brandy cream sauce to go with some delicate crab ravioli by using the beef and chicken broth and it was absolutely sublime.I'm not sure as an amateur cook I could have achieved that without hours and hours of work. Even then I don't think I could have achieved the same level of flavour. The beauty is I used hardly any and have loads left over for other culinary projects.I was hesitant to buy given the price but given how far a little went I needn't have been. I have so much left over as a little bit packs such a punch of flavour.I'm not sure I'll bother making a stock myself again let alone a delicious bone broth.Colour me impressed!!”
“i have used two out of the 3 cartons and can easily say they are delicious! they have a good shelf life on them and go perfectly in soups or for making the most yummy gravy”
“This is the best broth we have ever used . Full of flavour as we notice the difference in our meals . Bit pricey but you get what you pay for as you need to use it within a few days of opening.”
“So far I've only tried the chicken and vegetable ones, but they've both been excellent. Certainly better than the stock pots/cubes I'd normally use in cooking – they are however much more expensive, but perhaps worth it from time to time.”
“When the first 'bone boiling' paleo diets came out I was very interested to try them as I have arthritis and the nutrients in the bones are supposed to help with this. But I soon found that boiling bones was a tedious, time-consuming affair. Step up these products! What you get here are two flavoursome meat stocks. The beef one tastes a bit like old fashioned Bovril (which I happen to like very much); the chicken rather like a clear soup. I've found both of them very useful indeed. Both are much tastier than stock cubes. You will notice, however, that I haven't mentioned the so-called vegan option. This is because I can't see the point in it. A boneless broth is not going to have the same health benefits as a meat one. It will not help your arthritis or any other joint condition. I didn't find this option any more flavourful than what I produce every day boiling up my vegetables. This is why I have not given the product 5 stars. I would prefer to have 3 beef or 3 chicken packs rather than the mix.”
