“This stock really was great. Just as flavoursome as (or even better than) homemade, and after doing a bit of research into welfare standard in Norway I can see why these guys source from there. Usually I buy organic UK stock at a much higher price, but the Norweigan rearing standards are equivalent to our UK organic. Amazing stuff. I used one straight away and put the rest in the freezer. Dreamy!”
“I’ve tried quite a few bone broths over the last few months as I don’t always have time to make themmyself but like the health benefits. I really liked this one above the others for its richness in flavour - some I’ve tried are too watery - but this had a depth of flavour that I haven’t come across before so really recommend it. Easy to store in the fridge once opened and pour as well.”
