“Just started taking Freja bone broth as felt I needed to after shoulder surgery and to help my healing quicker than expected. Well I can tell you @11 weeks post operation(having had plate n pins put in),Iam doing well physio etc but taking Freya also and feel Iam healing quicker.At my Surgeons check up at 6 weeks he said I was looking like 8-10 weeks as regards healing.My next one April which will be 17/18 weeks so will be able to keep you updated.
