“Very strong, herby taste. Takes a couple to get used to the taste, but as you know it’s doing you such a lot of good, then you learn to love it. I have mine in a mug in place of my mid morning mug of tea. For lunch, I microwave chopped broccoli, courgettes, onions for 3 minutes, then pour a mug of bone broth into the bowl, instant healthy lunch. Think I’ll probably keep buying these forever.
