“I havent got a single bad thing to say about Freja bone broth. I am a 45 year old man who was reaching a point in his life where something had to start changing.
Im not saying this broth is a miracle cure because what is? There are enough snake oil peddlers out there to make me wary of any cure all concoction.
However Freja bone broth (my choice is the beef,) has definitely had an effect on my journey of getting a bit better in myself.
I have made some big changes in lifestyle but I have one of the sachets in a morning just as a straight hot drink. I like to add a little habenero sauce but each to their own. This in some crazy way keeps me satisfied until my dinner break. Then a healthy salad for dinner and a modest tea and ive managed to get back to what id consider a fairly healthy weight for my age bracket.
But that isnt the only benefit, my skin has changed drastically, looking more firm and smooth. My hair seems to be in much better shape and I can see a huge difference in the brightness and whiteness of my eyes.
I would 100% recommend just giving a trial a go. They always have some sort of sign up offer on the site and just see for yourself.”
