If the Vanilla is feeling a little too sweet for your taste, you might like to try blending it into Greek yogurt or a smoothie, adding a splash of unsweetened milk to help balance the sweetness, or using it in baking. It can also work really well in coffee, where the bitterness helps balance the sweetness nicely.
