“When making a sauce or gravy the quality of the stock is very important. Store bought stock often has added salt and the chicken or beef flavour is heavily diluted. The cost of this product is around £11 per liter of stock which is definitely expensive for the chicken stock which I estimate costs me around £10 per liter for my homemade which takes 3 hours of cooking but I get two chicken breasts as a bonus. However, it is a different story with the beef stock as I find it harder to get beef bones and I don't want to spend 8 hours plus making it so I always buy the beef version of this stock. Excellent product.”
