“I've been impressed with the quality of this. It blends in well when I add a tablespoon to soup but does not change the flavour. I also mix in a teaspoon into coffee. After using it for a while in combination with kefir, I've noticed improvements in my gut health.”
“I haven't been using for long but I was pleasantly surprised it mixed in with my morning coffee. I had thought it was going to be disgusting and something I'd have to put up with but none of that. If that's anything to go by it's certainly a winner.”
“It's clean stuff with only the ingredients that are needed for protein and collagen intake. It doesnт't have salt added which is great! Sometimes I add some myself but also use it without, as a healthy bedtime drink.”
“The bone broth powder doesn't taste of much, I suspect the liquid version is probably tastier. It's great if you're adding it to food as it won't alter the flavour, but as a drink it lacks something, I have started adding a teaspoon of bovril to my 2 tablespoons of bone broth powder and it now tastes amazing! Much better than bovril on its own, if really brings out the flavour of the bone broth. I've only been using it less than a week so can't speak on it's long term effects but I'm hopeful! It's packed with good stuff so can only be good right?!”
“It tasted of nothing on it's own when just mixed with water. But added some magic to the soup because everyone asked for seconds but couldn't put their finger on, why! I cooked my usual chicken soup with potatoes, carrots, parsnip, yellow pepper, courgette and chopped tomatoes with birds eye chillies, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and juice if whole lemon which is nice. I like it quite watery, how we eat it in Europe, not all blended and thick like in UK. But my British children aren't too keen. But with two table spoons of this bone broth mixed with water first, it had just made the whole thing unbelievably tasty. Like addictive!I've had to cook the same thing again today because a very large pot was all eaten last night. And my boys are not big soup eaters. I think this would be a genius way to get kids eat more veg and soup.”
