“I’ve been using the cartons of Beef and Chicken Bone Broth for over a year now and find it excellent to add great nutrition to soups, stews, casseroles, chilli con carne, curries and of course the Sunday Roast Gravy! Personally it’s not for drinking in my opinion but I know people enjoy it that way. Happy to recommend for anyone looking for a good quality bone broth.”

“tastes nice but isn't gelatinous, which is a sign of a poor quality broth. Either your bones weren't gelatinous enough of you didn't simmer them long enough. So the collagen content will be low and not enough of the good stuff in the broth, I am disappointed.”

In fact, our Beef Bone Broth does naturally turn to jelly when refrigerated, thanks to its high collagen and gelatin content. That said, we know texture can vary slightly between batches, and your insights are always helpful as we continue to refine what we do.
