“I love both these products, they make your dishes really tasty. One of my children had a really bad cold recently and I made her a beef drink with Freja Beef ready made product, I added root ginger, garlic and then added some noddles, so the best of everything and by the Monday she was much better and able to make her work, she put it down to having that drink and the best think is she throughly enjoyed it, and she is even going to stay taking it to work. I myself love have a chicken drink and just adding it to my food. I also recently made my mum her dinner and she thought the Gravy was more tasty, this time I had added the Beef powder, so all in all everyone happy.”

“My favourite is the chicken, the beef powder doesn’t mix very well. I did find it difficult at the start to find something to mix it with because the taste on its own is horrible and weird. I wasted 4 servings trying to do so. I was very keen to have more protein in my diet so thankfully I found mixing it with chicken soup is delicious.”

You're not alone with the mixing issues. Collagen is naturally hydrophobic, so it resists water at first. Best tip: stir the powder into a small splash of warm water to make a paste, then add the rest of your liquid. That usually solves it.
