“Extremely disappointed the earrings are so small you can barely see them. I was not expecting them to be the size of the image on the website, but not making it clearer how small some of the jewelry actually is I think boarder line misrepresentation. What made it worse was they came in quite a large gift bag which I thought had been mistakenly sent empty until I looked in one corner and found them.
I brought the earrings in the sale, if I had paid full price I would have returned them.
I brought the earrings as a gift, but now will have to buy something else to go with them because honestly it looks as if I spent £10 on them.”
We are so sorry you are disappointed with the product and service. We do state the size of each product under ‘sizing’ on the product page and it does clearly state that these studs are 1cm in length. They are also shown on a model in the second and third pictures to give you a better sense of the size on the ear. If you would like to return the product we are of course happy to refund you. Once again we are so sorry about this!
