“Bag came on time and seemed perfectly fine. Keys holder got caught in the zip and I had to use tools to open it up which both damaged the zipper and key holder. I looked to return it but it was awkward to arrange and left me without a bag. The stitching from the front label also came loose so I again had to remove that. For a £50 bag I was disappointed with the quality. Customer service was good but as I said earlier meant re-packaging and arranging the return which is inconvenient. I am still using the bag but am unlikely to pay that much money to replace it with another from Wenger!”
