“After contacting victorinox about which pouch they recommend for a rangerwood 55 this was one of the two suggested (the other option being a black leather one). I didn’t think black would suit the rangerwood and would have loved a brown leather. I went for this in the end. It’s typical victorinox, well made and functional. It fits the knife well but it’s not as well fitted as some of the leather pouches I’ve had for Swiss champ and work champ. It says nylon but it’s more like a rubberised nylon. Large belt closure on the back and the Velcro on that and the closure feel strong (the Velcro on my work champ case feels like day 1 after 20 years and a lot of use). The service from Swiss store was brilliant. Ordered fairly late in the day and was still packed and shipped same day. Arrived next day. Cracking price of product to boot so can’t really fault.”
