“I bought this knife for my partner who is training to become a florist. Excellent quality - as you'd expect from Victorinox. I quite fancy one to add to my own collection to be honest. Quite unique. Not your usual knife but built for a specific job. Lightweight textured handle, perfect sheepsfoot blade ground single-sided for effortless stem slicing. The engraving just finished this gift off perfectly. For the cost, you simply cannot go wrong.”
