“A beautiful knife, especially in this colour. It is slim, lightweight and yet has a very solid and reassuring feel to it. It lacks the bulk of the bigger knives of course and is better for EDC. The blades move smoothly and the lock gives that slight kick as the blades are opened or closed. The awl is easier to use that on some models as it deploys in line with the knife as opposed to many other models where it is 90 degrees to the body of the knife. With one large blade, the awl, the large and small screwdriver, bottle opener, can opener and a wire stripper, it packs in most of what one might need day to day. Highly recommended.”

“I have had a Pioneer penknife since the late 1980's and it is my favourite knife for everyday carry. UK friendly and easy on the pocket it is robust enough for most tasks at home, at work or rambling out and about. A great marketing trick to now make them in different colours so you cannot resist the urge to buy another - especially at the prices with Swiss-Store!”
