“Unfortuately the watch was clearly broken before I even removed it from the packaging. The minute hand was flopping about. Removing the watch from the packaging just confirmed the fault and it was impossibe to adjust / set the time. I was disapointed that this wasn't spotted during quality control or during packing my order. Sorry to say that I lost trust in this particular brand and store.”
