“These are a superb and essential part of your kitchen kit. £23?ish may seem a big bung for smallish knives but you'll immediately appreciate their worth. Cheaper knife steel is a no-go for any food prep. (I have no connection with vendors or manufacturers btw). Caution, they are damn sharp, as you'll want. Any self-respecting kitchen-guru's success begins with quality knives - a keener edge that a naughty wink from Nigella...Bon appetite.”
