“Came with a very minor defect to the engraving but this was promptly corrected without question and without charge. A true sign of excellent customer service and of course my engraved knife was high quality and stylish. Over the years I have ordered one for myself, my wife, my 3 children,2 grandchildren and my son's girlfriend. I guess that speaks more than words!”

“This was a long overdue replacement for one that was confiscated at Rome airport. Original one was from the kraftwerk union and I was gutted to have lost it. Same colour - just minus the badge.”
