I’ve been using the Reebok GT40z Folding Treadmill for a little while now, and overall I’d say it’s a really solid bit of kit for home workouts especially if you’re looking to build up from walking into running. One of the standout features for me is the versatility. With speeds going up to 18 km/h and 12 levels of incline, it’s suitable whether you’re just starting out or pushing towards more intense runs. The cushioning is another big plus. It genuinely takes the edge off the impact, which makes longer sessions more comfortable on the joints Not managed to connect to Kinomap yet. In terms of practicality, the folding design is a lifesaver if you’re short on space. It’s fairly easy to fold away and move thanks to the transport wheels, though it’s still quite a sturdy, and therefore slightly heavy, machine. It’s also bigger than my previous treadmill so I’m going to have to rethink my room layout. There are plenty of built-in programmes too, which help keep things interesting, although the screen itself is quite basic compared to more premium treadmills. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that the console feels a little dated, and while assembly isn’t difficult, it does take a bit of time and patience. Overall, I’d say this treadmill offers great value for money. It’s reliable, versatile, and ideal for home use, whether you’re doing daily walks, Couch to 5K, or regular runs. Not perfect, but definitely a dependable companion for getting fitter without leaving the house.

Easy to put together, youtube video for it, looks nice and neat and seems good to run on. the manual isn't great, it caters for many languages so what looks compact only contains a small amount in English. communication with sweatband has been great

The GT40Z treadmill is an excellent choice for home users. One of the standout features is the extended warranty — an impressive 10-year warranty on the motor, which gives real peace of mind. The treadmill is very stable and doesn’t move at all when I run, which is important, especially during faster sessions or hill workouts. I use the Kinomap app, which I highly recommend. It offers a wide range of scenic trails from around the world with different difficulty levels. What I really love is the automatic incline adjustment — the treadmill adapts to the hills in the route, so all you need to do is focus on running (and sweating! ). It makes training much more immersive and motivating. I typically run over 25 km per week across four sessions, and even my kids have started using it. The treadmill also connects to multiple apps like Adidas Running and Decathlon, allowing you to track your progress and earn points while you run — definitely a win-win! The only small issue I had was that my tablet tended to slip slightly to one side on the holder. I solved this easily by adding some sticky rubber pads, and now it stays perfectly in place. Overall, I absolutely love my treadmill and hope it lasts for many years to come. For reference, my current pace is 6:11 per km, including various hill sessions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and interactive home treadmill!

Great sturdy treadmill. Easy to put together. Quite heavy. Lots of speed and hill settings. Has some fab cushioning so much kinder on the joints than road running.

Can’t fault this treadmill really. Very easy to put together although the instructions are picture only and a YouTube video is better. The treadmill is stable under running, speed seems consistent and cushioning is good. Excellent value for money in my opinion.
