“Have had a loud squeak coming from underneath the platform since day 1 and despite an engineer visit the problem is still not resolved. Avoid.”

“I bought a Reebok treadmill believing that something made by this brand would automatically be good quality and reliable. However, after 5 weeks the incline function stopped working! I raised this with the seller and an engineer came out to look at it, changed and part and all was well. Then after a week, the incline stopped working again. This time the whole machine was swapped for a new one and it’s been 6 weeks and so far all is well. Let’s hope it stays that way this time as it’s actually really nice to run on!”

“this is modern and worth for the money we spent. its quite and can fix ipad securely in the panel, so you do not feel bored. both my husband and my self use everyday each one hour. so far so good. there is plenty space for walk n run.”
