“Got it for a very good price relative to the RRP. So far so good. Fairly easy to assemble (a lot of packaging to get rid of mind you). However, one rubber foot was missing - but customer service is looking into this (outcome pending). Im a total beginner, but it seems to work well and the 45 trial Echelon membership shows that the integration with app and classes are quite neat. Seems to be a decent amount of rowing related content along with cyling, running, etc.”

“My Echelon Row smart folding rowing machine arrived last week. Overall I am very pleased with the item - it was fairly straightforward to put together and didn’t take too long. It is very well constructed and quiet in use. The resistance controls being located on the handle are easy to use. On the downside it was very difficult to remove from the packaging it arrived in. My biggest disappointment and the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the lack of a monitor showing level of resistance, distance covered, and time rowed. It would appear that you have to enrol in the echelon fit app. This is an expensive monthly charge; the amount depending on the length of subscription. I am not interested in classes and do not wish to pay a subscription. A simple monitor that most fitness equipment is provided with would be ideal. Shame.”

“Great service and great price. Had to change my delivery to another day and even though it was already with the courier, sweatband support were very helpful and made sure the date was changed (and kept me up to date with emails). Will definitely buy from them again...top rate service”
