This is a superb piece of equipment for the price. I have a chronic back issue and cannot believe how this has helped me. I also have a knee problem which gives me little pain whilst on the x-trainer. The only tiny negative is the positioning of the water bottle as I find it difficult to get to. I read the reviews about setting it up and the only struggle we had was the fly wheel. One side, RHS from looking from the rear, we had to redo a few times but now is super quiet. It’s totally fantastic and I’m loving it.

The product itself is very good and would probably rate 5 stars. What stops me giving this rating are two things. First of all I had to input credit card details to activate the console. This gives me access to a group training app which I have no interest in using and will not use. It says 30 days free trial. I will be extremely annoyed if another payment is taken. I have sent an email saying I don’t which to continue beyond the 30 days but have had no reply. Secondly 5ere were some issues in assembly. Although the instructions are relatively straightforward to follow on one occasion the labelling was the wrong way round which meant start again assembling the correct side first. Also some of the screws were extremely difficult to screw in fully in fact those on one of the plastic covers proved impossible so I had to resort to black tape to hold this part together - it actually looks ok. So good for exercise but allow plenty of time for assembly and be aware a card is needed to activate the console

Great cross trainer for the money. Folds up to push up in the corner. Feels sturdy for home equipment. Would def recommend

Easy to assemble, feels good and solid. Getting a few squeaks (from the machine!) and am still adjusting the levelling feet to get it right which is proving harder than expected.

Pro - Best point is 18" stride length at an affordable price! Looks well when assembled, preset programs are good, tablet holder is very useful, iFit compatible Con - Unnecessarily complicated to assemble and assembly takes a long time, fan is noisy, squeaks and creaks in use - there's no cure :(

Love it... smooth action, and it folds up, not that I've been folding it up much. Bluetoothing to my pad and working my way round Yosemite Park has been great fun!
