“This is my 3rd hybrid cardio machine, but it’s the first one to actually meet my expectations. Previous models I’ve tried have turned out to be quite cheap (but not the price!) with poor build quality and poor performance and I ended up giving them away as they simply didn’t do what they claimed. The difference here with this Proform model is huge. The build quality is excellent and it’s smooth and virtually silent as claimed. Body positioning is very good with plenty of adjustments to make it a good fit and the result is that whether using it as a recumbent bike or a cross trainer I'm finding it very comfortable, even at the end of a 40-minute workout. It’s easy to operate with simple controls and with ifit it’s got some really interesting features. If like me you’ve been burned by cheapo hybrid models before, you don’t need to worry here. This is a good machine that does what it promises and is built properly. Considering what I paid for sub-standard models before, this is really good value for money.”
