I am genuinely so pleased with this purchase. The treadmill is solid and enjoyable to use with lots of space on the platform. The controls are all you need and the iFit app is absolutely brilliant. I love the features but have barely looked at the programming with all that is available on iFit. My favourite is to create a run in the map feature, I can go back to all of my old running tracks across the world and I really feel like I am there again. The studio classes are also fantastic and I love that the machine changes speed and incline for you along with the terrain or instructor in the studio. Very good quality and I am using most days for jogging. A lot of information on the internet seemed to indicate this machine was best for walking but I think it’s perfect for either a walk or a daily jog. I’m hoping to build to a run eventually and I am confident the machine will be the right fit. Overall more pleased with the whole package than I ever expected! Also, customer service at sweatband was top notch 10/10.

Great treadmill. Nice comfy wide deck. Took whole day to assemble and definitely a 2 person job. It doesn't look too gigantic when assembled. I find it more space saving actually compared to the treadmills in the gym and my previous gigantic treadmill. The IFit subscription is fabulous and cant do without it. Treadmill is easy to manoeuvre with its wheels. Overall great service from Sweatband.com and great item. Rob from Sweatband was extremely polite and extremely helpful. Will definitely be buying from Sweatband.com again and have already given recommendations to family and friends. Glad and happy I bought the treadmill.

I purchased to replace a more expensive Horizon treadmill that has lasted me for around 15 years. The treadmill was reasonably easy to construct and I am very happy with the quality. The treadmill is used by all the family, and I usually run 5-7k most days. I am impressed by how quiet the treadmill is compared to my old one. Also, the cushioning on the deck is very good and comparable to the expensive treadmills in gyms. I would highly recommend this treadmill.

This is a great treadmill, I am very impressed with its features. The customer service was very friendly and efficient. Sweatband is going to be the first place I look now for any sporting equipment.

great product, very substantial, coupled with I-Fit excellent, HOWEVER, the incline/decline is very slow so it lags behind I-fit quite a lot which is a shame.

A very comfortable platform to run on. The console feels cheap and plasticky but does the job.

I spent a long time comparing treadmills around this price point, and was keen to have one with iFit, so I could be watching a streetview from around the world while run. This narrowed me down to a few brands, and chose this one in the end because I liked the look of the control console. I've had it a few weeks and used it regularly. Building the treadmill took my engineer husband about an hour and a half. The instructions were good, and all the screws, washers and bolts were very clearly laid out on a card. You need 2 people towards the end, but it was easier than flatpack furniture. iFit was tricky to set up, but a call to ProForm's customer services sorted this. The running bed is not as cushioned as other ProForm models I've tried, but that's not a bad thing. The display is a bit basic (less likely to go wrong in my opinion!), but if you're using a device with it like a smartphone or tablet, all the information you need will be on that anyway. The change in incline is very smooth. The running bed is very long. It takes up quite a lot of space, but you know you can stride out. I haven't really used the workout programmes a lot, but there are 22 of them and they are quite challenging. They do switch between speeds very quickly, so if you're not very fit yet, you need to be ready for that. You have the option to measure your run in km or miles, but if like me you are used to miles, you may find it beneficial to switch to kph as that will then match up with the quick buttons on the consoles, as they are fixed as kph which is a bit of a drawback, but not major. I haven't yet figured out if you can connect an existing heart rate monitor (I'm suspecting it may be tied into the devices they want you to buy with iFit Coach). The fan is quite effective. I haven't bought a cable to connect my tablet to my speakers yet, so can't comment on them. The treadmill has plenty of space for putting your phone, your water, a tv remote, and 2 options for where to put your tablet. I really like this. I'm not convinced of the accuracy of the heart rate sensors on the bar of the treadmill - they are displaying a very different reading to my heart rate monitor. Lastly, my review of iFit. I really think that the manufacturers and developers should put a little more effort into delivering on their promises, as they are a major selling point of this brand of equipment. Once you've got used to it, it's a pretty good experience. I have purchased an iFit Coach subscription, and use this to run through the streets. You can create your own run (I like to run through my favourite holiday town) or you can choose one from iFit's library. The library could be much better - in fact, there is a gap in the market here with iRunmaps offering a search facility (but for an additional subscription). The actual experience when you run is pretty good. It's not a moving video, it's a series of stills, but it's still interesting. The incline adjusts automatically, taking its information from google maps. That really does literally keep you on your toes. On most of the runs, you control the speed, but some of them have been set with variable speeds. That's not all that helpful, as your speed and fitness will be different to everyone else's, but you can override it. So the run experience is quite good - I'd give it 8/10, but the app could do with a lot of improvement. You have to schedule the runs on a PC, which then sync with your tablet app. It appears there is an improved app available, but it appears not to be available in the UK yet, which is disappointing when you're paying a subscription. I'd recommend the treadmill. It's got everything you need. I just feel that ProForm and parent company Icon should be paying a lot more attention to the execution of iFit. Clearer websites, forums and apps, better integration with apps such as Strava and Wahoo. When you're paying a lot of money for a treadmill, then on a subscription to bring all the features into use, you don't expect to have to also pay out for a specific heart rate monitor or to find that the support is not good. On a more positive note, part of the deal from ProForm when I bought my treadmill / IFit subscription was a free subscription to Rock My Run. If you haven't tried that app, it's fantastic. It's music streaming, but matched to beats per minute. If you want your running cadence to be 178 for example, choose a playlist at that bpm and you will run to that beat. Even the free version is great, but the paid subscription that was part of this deal was a lovely unexpected bonus. I already had a free account, and ended up having to ask RockMyRun customer service to help me set up the paid account, but they were very helpful and sorted it out for me. So all in all, I recommend the treadmill. The iFit subscription is worth it, but needs improvement. RockMyRun is the cherry on the top, and maybe once I can work out how to hook up a heart rate monitor without forking out more money, it may end up as an almost perfect package!
