“We got this treadmill for me and my partner to use to lose a bit of weight over winter. I use it twice a day for around 30 minutes (depending on the tpye of session) and so far its been great. I've lost quite a bit of weight and feel good about myself. Very easy to use with the simple interface and in terms of assembly I was surprised at how quick it took (around 45 minutes)”

“I did a lot of research before buying a treadmill as I wanted to ensure I was making the right choice. The treadmill has heaps of workout programmes which gives you a bit of variety. I ended up buying a heart rate monitor strap as I have started HIIT training and wanted to be able to track my heart rate and keep it at a certain level. Overall I'm really happy with the M7 for the price I think it's fantastic value and would recommend to anyone who wants to start training from home.”

“I've had a mainly good experience with the treadmill it was purchased for myself and the husband to use as a winter training tool. Much better than having to run in the wind and rain. I use it 1-2 times a week and it's nothing special but it does a good job for what I need it for.”

“The whole family are using this on a daily basis. It's much safer than running in our current weather conditions as we live in a rural area. The only reason it's not 5 stars is recently there has been a squeaking noise when its in use but Sweatband have informed me they will resolve this for me :)”

“Happy with this purchase. Does exactly what is needed and at under ?500 its really good value. I use it 3 times a week for about 30 minutes a session between jogging and uphill walking using the incline. It's helping me lose weight and I'm feeling much better generally since starting to use it.”

“Bought this treadmill to help me get fitter and lose weight and for the whole family to use. My kids are using it as is my next door neighbour - its very popular! So far I haven't used many of the functions mainly just the manual setting and setting the speed myself. Was easy to install took me about 1.5 hours.”

“The Pro-Form M7 is similar to my previous treadmill but on steroids. One thing. Make sure to take note of the dimensions as this is not a tiny machine and where you which to place it. Assembly was straight forward but I would recommend you have a second person on hand if you are not physically strong. Performance is great and it does not make a lot of noise. Gradient and speed change is fluid but the audio system is not the best so I tend to use my own speakers. Overall it is worth the money spent.”

“Price wise this is a very competitive treadmill. No problems with the controls, easy to use. My wife, myself and my two daughters use it regularly and find that it lends itself well to having multiple users. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.”
