Straight forward build, is easier with two people, but not essential. Good quality and enough features for home use. Delivery was exactly on time.

My wife and I decided to buy our first treadmill for the home, rather than continue to pay increasing gym prices. We originally chose an earlier model which although was still available, were offered the latest model as a free of charge upgrade which we chose. It arrived within the two hour window which we had been given and the two delivery guys - who were excellent, carried it upstairs to our spare bedroom which was most welcome as it is really, really, heavy! I managed to assemble it in around 2-3 hours which is as stated on the assembly instructions. We have now owed it 3 weeks and used it every day, where the build quality is excellent and I would consider it to be nearly the level of a professional gym machine with some nice functionality and a great price. Only issue that I can think of at the moment, is that it would have been nice to have a "cool down" button where instead of this, I just keep tapping the minus speed button to reduce the speed so is not that much of a big deal. So far, we are really pleased with the product hence the reason for 5 stars as a rating.

I have had this treadmill for about a month now and have used it around 20 times, generally i am very pleased and the build quality seems excellent. All of the onboard training programs are aimed towards beginners in my opinion which is a little disappointing. I haven't subscribed to ifit yet which wasn't my original intention but since trying all the onboard apps I am now reconsidering. Also when running at high speeds (i.e. 14km) sometimes the belt slips a little, but this may be due to my weight or technique. Overall I think this treadmill is good value for money with great build quality and regardless of the small negatives above as an intermediate runner would recommend it.

Really pleased with this treadmill, it's the first one I've bought and while it's not quite as good as the ones at the gym it's not far off. Assembly was not too bad, took a while but instructions and parts were laid out well and very helpful. Once assembled it's a great piece of kit, only done 30k or so on it so far but it's very easy to run on. Only a few gripes, none major.. - deck is certainly long enough, but noticeably thinner than the professional ones, only took a few minutes to get used to. - when walking its ever so slightly jerky, probably more down to me being on it! Once up to jogging / running speed it's silky smooth - when you turn the unit on each day it runs through a start up cycle of raising up to the highest incline then back down again, not the end of the world but a 30 second delay to getting underway. Service from Sweatband was exceptional, quick & organised approach to delivery, delivery team themselves were helpful too. Top result
