Excellent cushioning when running hard (get sore knees when road running). So many different settings and options to choose from. Spoilt for choice. Speakers are excellent and so is the fan. Very sturdy and can definitely see it going the distance. Incline is great too - more than other treadmills we looked at. Did a lot of research before buying a treadmill and very happy with our purchase.

Well made and solid, feels like a treadmill that you might get in a hotel gym. It is a big piece of kit and heavy but is fine in our garage. Connects easily to WiFi but the maps function is complicated.

Fairly straightforward to assemble; took a while but no issues. Easy to use although we haven't explored the online capabilities yet. Cooling fan and iPad holder are nice features. Easy to open and fold away. Excellent size and comfortable to use. Extremely pleased with this product. The only negative so far is that the pulse monitor on the handles is not accurate; you get widely fluctuating readings so is not much use. The customer service we received from the seller was exemplary.

Sometimes it’s the small things. I really love this treadmill. It has some much to offer runner. The features are endless. The reason it doesn’t get five stars is the major inconvenience of it not having a cooling down option, post workout. It may sound like a trivial feature, however the fact that the belt comes to an abrupt halt at the end of each workout, with no option for a continual slow down is unforgivable. For me a slow down should be a compulsory feature in all treadmills. Such a shame for a top spec, well made treadmill

Hi Paul, sorry to hear this. The quickest and most simple way to cool down once the workout comes to an end is to simply press the start button and the belt will start to move at 2kph. You can then, with one button push select your desired speed using the 'quick keys' on the right hand side of the console. Once you've cooled down simply press the stop button and the treadmill will slow to a stop. Most treadmills designed for home use don't incorporate a cool down function, this is a feature typically found on commercial gym style machines. Kind regards, Sweatband.com
